32 COLOUR PAIRS is a traditional game of memory in which the aim is to find matching pairs.
Memory was my favourite game as a child and perhaps some of my earliest memories of structured play. In an evolution of the colour puzzles the game of memory reduced to 32 distinct colour values creates a new focus upon colour recollection and definition.
The game begins with all 64 cards face down and players take turns to turn over two cards at a time, if the colours are a match the player keeps the cards and has another turn, if they do not match they are returned to their position face down. Who has collected the most pairs is the winner.
Suitable for all ages, for two or more players.
